5. Eyewear and Product Use

Our sunglasses and fashion eyewear are consumer accessories intended to be used according to the product description.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, products sold through ShadeVibe.shop are not:

• Prescription eyewear;
• Medical devices;
• Protective industrial eyewear;
• Safety goggles;
• Sports-impact protection;
• Welding protection; or
• A substitute for professional medical or optometric advice.

Do not use fashion sunglasses in conditions requiring certified eye protection.

Do not look directly at the sun, intense artificial light, lasers, or an eclipse while wearing ordinary sunglasses. Sunglasses are not designed for direct solar viewing.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and determining whether a product is suitable for their intended use.

6. Prices and Currency

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or during checkout.

Prices may change without notice, but a price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.

Applicable taxes, duties, and charges will be disclosed where required or calculated during checkout when supported by our systems. Customers remain responsible for import duties, customs taxes, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges that apply in their destination country unless we expressly state otherwise.

We are not responsible for fees charged independently by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or currency-conversion service.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers are subject to the conditions displayed with the promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Discount codes have no cash value;
• Codes may be limited to one use per customer or order;

ShadeVibe offers free standard worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery is generally 7–10 business days after shipment, although timing may vary due to destination, customs, carrier operations, public holidays, weather, address issues, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a specific date in writing.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory cancellation or refund rights that may arise when an order is not delivered within a legally required period.

11. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Eligible products may be returned free of charge within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the requirements in that policy.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
